All orders in the US that are in the queue for shipment will be shipped within a week.
- If your country is not listed, we cannot ship there.
- We ship orders within 3–7 business days after payment. Sometimes it takes a little longer.
- All packages are tracked. You will receive a notification with a tracking number, unless it is blocked by your email provider.
- Average delivery time is 25–40 days. Average! Yes, it’s a long time.
- The tracking number may not be updated for a long time, which is normal.
- If the package is not delivered and the tracking number has not been updated for 60 days, you will receive a refund or a reshipment.
- There is always a small chance that the package will be returned by the carrier without explanation. If this happens after export, reshipment will require a new shipping payment.
