Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, due to restrictions, delivery to some countries (including Australia, New Zealand, Poland and Finland) may not be possible.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. We will not be held responsible if an order is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

All orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days of payment via registered mail. Orders below 1 kg are shipped via small packet. Orders over 1 kg are shipped via tracked parcel. You will receive the tracking number in an email notification after we have shipped your order. Please bear in mind that some email providers, such as Yahoo, AOL and web.de, may block our notifications.

The carrier is the state postal service. We recommend using track.global for tracking, but any other service will work too.

We do our best to minimise any customs fees that our customers could be charged, so all parcels have a low declared value. However, you are responsible for any additional taxes and fees.

The average delivery time is 25–40 days for most destinations. Sometimes it may take much longer. This is post. Please refer to the tracking data and contact us if there are no new tracking records for a long time.

Some national customs services are known to process large parcels extremely slowly (mostly in the USA). This doesn’t happen every time, but there’s a 10–20% chance that a large parcel will get stuck there for several weeks or even months.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding international postal delivery regulations, there is a small (5–10%) chance that the parcel may be rejected and returned at any stage of delivery. If this happens before exporting, we will cover all costs for resending. If it happens after export, the repeat shipping will require you to pay the shipping fee again.
