We don’t take responsibility if you provided the wrong shipping address (directly or from payment system) and your order was not delivered and returned to us. In this case we can repack and ship it again if you pay the shipping fee again.
At the moment, the chances for our parcels to pass Austrian customs are about 50/50.
If you place an order, you agree that in case of rejection by Austrian customs you will not be able to receive a refund.
Re-shipment of an order after it has been returned will only be possible after re-payment of the shipping costs.
Due to the fact that Canada is the only country where parcels disappear without a trace, we no longer undertake to compensate lost orders to this country.

Due to a new law passed in the US, new customs duties are being imposed on all foreign parcels containing goods. As the procedure for collecting customs duties is not yet clear, postal services around the world have temporarily suspended the delivery of commercial parcels to the US.
We hope that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible.
You can still place and pay for your order to reserve the goods, but your order will only be shipped once postal delivery to the US has resumed.
